Training schools and tool suppliers can target workers by trade, certification (including ones they don't have yet) and years in the trade. You see the estimated audience before you pay. Matched, signed-in members see your offer as a labeled Sponsored card on their dashboard and on Sub Finder, GC Finder, Talent, Jobs and directory pages, capped at 3 views a day. On Pro, it is also included in the opt-in weekly "Offers for your business" email (off by default, unsubscribe any time). A member who clicks Contact me chooses what to share and consents; that lead goes to you only (Pro emails it to you instantly). You never get member lists or contact details, only audience counts, impressions, clicks and leads. Every ad is reviewed before it runs.
